Why This Role Matters

The Content Creator will own the social presence of Calo Black (from ideation to execution) ensuring we create engaging, on-brand content that drives community growth, conversation, and brand love.

This role combines content creation, social media management, and light design execution. You will own the social calendar and maintain strong engagement across Black accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the Calo Black social media calendar

  • Create engaging photo/video content (Reels, TikToks, stories, posts)

  • Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone

  • Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, conversations)

  • Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches

  • Design simple on-brand assets (using Canva, Adobe, etc.)

  • Stay updated with trends and translate them into brand-relevant content

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social trends

  • Ability to create photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, stories)

  • Basic to intermediate design skills (Canva or Adobe)

  • Strong copywriting skills (English & Arabic)

  • Ability to manage a social calendar and track basic performance metrics
