About the Role
We're looking for an HR Specialist to be the go-to partner for our employees throughout their journey at Calo.
From welcoming new team members and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to supporting employee relations, resolving workplace challenges, and driving smooth HR operations, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being close to the business, loves helping people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to solve problems and improve processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the complete pre-boarding and onboarding journey, including employment contracts, visa coordination, documentation, and orientation.
Be the first point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
Build trusted relationships with employees and managers across the business.
Handle employee relations matters professionally and fairly, including workplace concerns, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution.
Support managers with day-to-day people operations and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Coordinate HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
Support payroll by ensuring all employee data and required documentation are accurate and submitted on time.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and help create a positive workplace culture.
Support health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to building scalable people operations.
Take ownership of HR projects and operational tasks from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
Saudi National.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling employee challenges with professionalism and empathy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences.
